Job Description

The Administrative Assistant for Planned Giving will provide support to the department, assist Sr. Manager with caseload management, and data entry, including confirmation of correctly coded data, identification of prospective donors, and assisting with task as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties to assure that all Legacy Gifts are efficiently processed and recorded (50% of time).
  • Assist with donor cultivation and stewardship (20% of time).
  • Support for Planned Giving Department with special projects and tasks as assigned (20% of time).
  • Support for events (10% of time).
