NFPA is the lead UN agency for delivering a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe and every young person's potential is fulfilled. UNFPA’s new strategic plan (2022- 2025), focuses on three transformative results: to end preventable maternal deaths; end unmet need for family planning; and end gender-based violence and harmful practices.

Ensuring universal access to sexual and reproductive health information and services, especially for women and girls, is the focus of the 2021-2025 Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) for the Programme of the Cooperation between the Government of Indonesia and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Strong strategic communications is required to boost and promote the success of the CPAP implementation, and to ensure continuous support for the next CPAP In a world where fundamental human rights are at risk, we need principled and ethical staff, who embody these international norms and standards, and who will defend them courageously and with full conviction.

kills and experience :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, resource mobilization or communications.
  • Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and donor management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Excel-based CRM).
  • Good coordination skills and team collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Demonstrated interest in international development, gender equality, and humanitarian work is an asset.
