Job Description

The Photo Specialist will process child photos coming from the field staff for the purpose of providing updated child photos to sponsors in regular communication streams. The Photo Specialist will be responsible for ensuring photos are cropped and edited according to department specifications and submitted back in a timely manner. The Photo Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that the child profile data in WorldLink meets department specifications or is noted if it does not..


  • Key Result #1 – Processing child profile and photo information in WorldLink (approximately 60%).
  • Key Result #2 – Processing child profile and activity photos uploaded from the field in order to meet department specifications (approximately 30%).
  • Key Result #3 – Departmental support (approximately 10%).
