Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Procurement Officer in procurement activities
  • Responsible in managing and administering the procurement database in ABW/OCS
  • Preparation of monthly reports on procurement control for Administration Manager
  • Assist in Commercial Suppliers database management, including the creation and maintenance of accurate data
  • Follow up on shipment services, risks and costs for domestic / international shipment
  • Provide technical support and guidance on procurement module in OCS

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration is preferred
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in relevant capacity, with 2 years’ experience in procurement
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of standard office administration and procurement procedures
  • Able to deal with sensitive and confidential correspondences and information
  • Hard working with a good work ethic
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
