The role is responsible and accountable for the implementation and monitoring of programme procurement for VSO Malawi and VSO’s partners, complying with policies and procedures ensuring that all services, including consultancies, are sourced in a transparent, fair, value for money and efficient manner in line with VSO International, donor and Government policies.
