Job Description

Position Summary:

This role sits within eCommerce USA and the candidate will be responsible for assisting in the adoption of hybrid technology within the eCom/Broking environment. The person in this role will be responsible for designated asset classes with the FX, Rates, Equity and Commodity space.  They will be responsible for conducting market research supported by on-going visits to both new and existing clients. The Product Manager will also be responsible for championing the product area and driving development and innovation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage complete life cycle of product initiatives from inception to deployment
  • Manage strong strategic relationships with the Business Managers, Project Managers, Risk, Compliance and Operations for each in flight project, ensuring complete visibility on all in flight and future projects
  • Define the strategic roadmap of the relevant product with the relevant business stakeholders
  • Define and establish measures of service quality and value including ensuring that products adhere to appropriate categorisation of Electronic (E) / Hybrid (H) / Voice (V)
  • Promote the transition of product through the lifecycle from Voice to Hybrid to Electronic within the context of the Interdealer business
  • Provide input into current enhancements and new product development ideas
  • Provide product knowledge expertise where required
  • Define value-add and success criteria for the product area
  • Facilitate development of product pitch book and marketing strategy through the interaction with the eCommerce Sales team
  • Ensure all customer interaction is recorded within appropriate CRM tool to enable product and customer profiling
  • Fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business
  • Work with internal and external vendors to deliver trading applications across many businesses
