Assist in the implementation of cash-based interventions and rental assistance projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of assistance.
Identify and register vulnerable families based on pre-established criteria to ensure targeted support.
Maintain accurate documentation of beneficiary registration, cash disbursements, and project activities.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, providing necessary data and insights.
Conduct field activities, including cash distribution and monitoring of rental assistance, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.
Engage with beneficiaries to provide clear information and address any concerns.
Participate in monitoring and evaluation processes to assess project effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Assist in processing payments, managing records, and ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards.
Quickly assimilate and execute tasks with minimal supervision, contributing to the timely achievement of project objectives.
Education:
A secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supporting the implementation of humanitarian programs, including cash transfers, rental assistance, or similar activities.
Experience in beneficiary registration, documentation management, and direct interaction with beneficiaries in a field setting.
Experience in working with vulnerable populations in crisis situations is an asset.
Previous experience with IOM or similar humanitarian organizations is preferred.
