As a key player in the country team on Livelihoods, Food Security and Climate Change related programme we are expecting this role will promote the vision, mission, and strategic goals of Oxfam and the Pakistan Programme. apply a rights-based approach to work, develop and implement programme and campaign strategies, approaches, operational plans and budgets of the livelihoods and climate change programme.
What Skills Are We Looking For
The Project Coordinator take lead in department themes (Resilience, Climate Change and Food security) on Mobilization/initialisation project resources (especially donor-funded projects and others); develop shared understanding about the project goal, outcomes, outputs and major activities with local partners. Moreover, prepare result based work plan along with milestones, budgetary allocation and time line. We are expecting this role will support programme manager on fundraising efforts in livelihoods, foods security and climate change to produce high quality programme design documents (proposals, concept notes) with large budgets.
