These projects work across range of issues such as building economic resilience in tea communities, ensuring safety and opportunities for women and youth, ensuring tea farmers are resilient to climate change, and that tea producers are taking action to reduce carbon emissions. You will support developing new proposals and work closely with implementing partners to ensure delivery of high-impact programmes to agreed plans, budgets and timelines. We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As we work with a range of partners, we are looking for someone who is a natural collaborator and believes in the power of partnerships. At the same you will need to be able to work independently.
