As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by: Coordinating the administrative activities and duties relating to client projects of varying scope and complexity, including meetings, conferences, and reports Serving as the administrative liaison between the project manager and subcontractors on client assignments Reviewing client project status and continuously monitoring the firm's and subcontractors' billing activity Preparing routine office correspondence and memoranda Drafting correspondence for review and signature Conducting moderately complex analyses involving issues of finance, budgets, and/or revenues Assisting in supervising, training, and evaluating support staff Performing quality control, involving editing and grammatically reviewing of project reports and materials Providing word processing support on confidential materials, reports, and proposals Maintaining thorough knowledge of PC software and hardware used in producing or revising office and client materials.
A successful CDM Smith candidate will have: Six to 8 years of administrative support experience, including at least 1 year of project coordination experience involving complex projects A.D. in business or equivalent (B.A. or B.S. preferred) The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, usually under tight time constraints.
