This position will provide support and technical assistance to the Gender Justice team in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating various on-going projects under GJ Programme. More specifically, the post holder will operationally support projects through efficient and effective partnership management, OPAL management and ensuring the Oxfam/donor compliance at projects and programme level. Moreover, the post holder will also build linkages and networks with wide range of potential stakeholders/ relevant Government departments and private sector relevant to Gender Justice Programme
What Skills Are We Looking For
The Project Officer Work closely with various inter-departmental functions for program management to ensure timely coordination and compliance around various stages in the Program Cycle Management. Work for all projects under OXFAM in Pakistan’s Program Implementation Plan (PIP) and meet the high standards of quality and compliance from operations, system compliance, donors’ commitments and obligations, set targets/milestones/benchmarks with optimal engagement of beneficiaries at all levels ensuring the voices of poor women, men and children are heard and fed back in program strategies and implementation plans. Support with concept notes, proposals, LFAs, implementation plans and budget development and management and provide support on partnership management.
This post will be predominantly Islamabad-based with ability to travel to programme areas in Pakistan for approximately 50% of time, regular travel to regional office and to affiliate HQs.
