Job Description

PATH is currently seeking for a talented and passionate Recruiter to partner with our India program teams to drive and manage effective talent searches. This role will work closely with our HR Director and Country Program Leaders to hire top talent as well as develop and implement creative talent pipeline plans. This role will report into the Associate Director for Global Talent Acquisition.

Today, PATH's India projects focus on TB, immunization, HIV/AIDS, injection safety, maternal health, Innovation Labs, and more.

  • Build strong relationships with client teams to understand and assess their talent requirements and advise on best recruiting strategies.
  • Recruit and hire talent for the South Asian Region.
  • Review resumes, interview candidates, lead post interview discussions, and manage candidate communications and expectations.
  • Source candidates utilizing innovative technology, social media, targeted outreach and networking.
  • Take initiative to provide innovative solutions to challenges and ensure timeliness and efficiency throughout search.
  • Aptly manage the time and resources at your disposal while keeping clients and stakeholders informed.
  • Advise hiring managers on networking and talent sourcing and provide recommendations for attracting diverse applicants.
  • Guide hiring managers to identify a balanced interview team, design an efficient and professional interview process, and prepare interviewers.
  • Create and negotiate competitive offers following PATH practices, coordinate reference and background checks, and ensure candidate records are accurate and complete.
  • Ensure compliance with PATH policies and practices and applicable local labor laws.

Required Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of five years' experience in full-life-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven effectiveness leading talent searches while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and key stakeholders having the ability to influence clients to adopt best recruiting practices.
  • Strong track record of providing excellent candidate experiences.
  • Strong candidate assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online recruiting & sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working efficiently, productively, and with urgency in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and keep others apprised of progress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
