The Reg. Health and Education Advisor is responsible for supervising the design, implementation, and monitoring of FH’s health and education projects in the FH Latin America and Caribbean Region. This position is also responsible for providing support and coaching to ensure program design is appropriate to the greatest education and health needs, program quality is upheld, and all FH education and health tools are used appropriately to meet program goals. The Advisor is responsible to build the capacity of country level leads for education and health, as well as ensure learning and forward momentum in the uptake of FH’s Child Focused Community Transformation education and health goals.
Key Result #1 – Provide leadership and technical and programmatic backstopping support for FH’s education and health projects (75%).
Key Result #2 – Monitor the use of FH’s Social and Behavior Change Curriculum and tools (20%).
Key Result #3 – Participate in regional forums to increase FH partnerships with other NGOs, corporations, and foundations (5%).
