The Asia Regional Livelihoods Advisor (ARLA) provides technical support, guidance and training for the implementation of livelihoods technical approaches to FH field offices (FOs). This position will ensure that projects / programs are designed with a clearly articulated Theory of Change, implemented according to work plans, and quality standards are met. Primary technical areas of focus will be Savings Groups, Local Value Chain Development, and Business facilitation.
The location of this position is to be determined, an expat benefit package is not available for this position. The most appropriate candidate will be eligible to work in, and already reside in one of these cities: Dhaka, Bangladesh; Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Siem Reap, Cambodia; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Manila, Philippines.
