What are we looking for?

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to put their excellent analyst skills to good use. As Risk Analyst you will be a specialist in systems, reporting and analysis, and will be able to very quickly and easily produce reports and dashboards that meet the needs of the business.

You will work with your direct line manager, the Risk and Assurance Manager, to understand what the business needs are, and will then work to produce innovating risk analysis, reports and dashboards that meet those needs. You will also get to work on ad hoc projects supporting the Risk and Assurance Manager as required as the team implements the new risk framework.

The risk analyst will be expected to deliver improved oversight, insight and intelligence into the management of cases and the performance of teams and individuals against KPIs. You will also need to proactively and pro positionally, come up with ideas for how areas of development that your reporting highlights, can be improved.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with:

  • Experience in analysing cases and performance within a case management system
  • Producing reports and dashboards within a case management system
  • Implementing a tailored approach to reports and dashboards within a case management system, according to business needs
  • Identification of business needs for information and insight within a developing risk framework
  • Innovation and creation of improvements in risk-management reporting and analysis
