The Role

As a risk analyst, you will produce reports and dashboards that analyse risks and meet business needs, within the case management system but also working with others more widely across the organisation and at country level.

You will create significant improvements in the oversight and insight provided to Leadership and Trustees on the management of risks as well as support the development of the case management system to meet user needs and ensure data within in it is robust.

What we are looking for

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to put their excellent analyst skills to good use. As a risk analyst, you will be a specialist in systems, reporting and analysis in Power BI, and will be able to quickly and easily produce reports and dashboards that meet the needs of the business.

You will work with direct line manager, the Risk and Assurance Manager, to understand what the business needs are, and will then work to produce innovating risk analysis, reports and dashboards that meet those needs. You will also get to work on ad hoc projects supporting the Risk and Assurance Manager as required as the team implements the new risk framework.

You will be expected to deliver improved oversight, insight and intelligence into the management of cases and the performance of teams, countries and individuals against KPIs and other risk indicators. You will also need to proactively and propositionally, come up with ideas for how areas of development that their reporting highlights, can be improved. Your reports and dashboards will be shown to Directors and Trustees to improve oversight of management trends and issues.

You will be keen to get a sense of satisfaction from meeting challenges in a fast paced environment. Importantly, you will embrace challenge and change with a positive, can-do attitude and will be proactive, creative and resourceful in your approach in implementing innovative initiatives.
