The Senior Director of Global Human Resources drives the design, development, planning, and execution of global strategies. This position is responsible for delivering the best-in-class people operations and support systems required to meet the present and future human resource requirements of the organization.
Key Result #1 – Collaboratively develops, strategically aligns and implements disciplined execution of the valued processes and systemic solutions required to meet global HR requirements.
Key Result #2 – Positively leads, facilitates, and / or otherwise ensures the quality development, timely implementation, and continuous improvement of change necessary to deliver best-in-class people operations, human resource support functions, processes, and systems for the organization.
Key Result #3 – Ensures the management responsiveness and quality fulfillment of global HR customer service requirements.
Key Result #4 – Gives intentional energy and effort to coach, guide, mentor, and inspire the HR teams in areas of personal and group / team spiritual, personal, and professional development.
