Oxford HR has been retained by CARE International USA to support them in their search for and the appointment of a Senior Evidence and Knowledge Management Specialist - Gender-Based Violence, working in the Great Lakes Region.
CARE has worked globally for over 70 years, saving lives, defeating poverty and achieving social justice. They put women and girls at the centre because they know that they cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities.
The Senior Regional Specialist may be based in Kigali, Kampala or Bujumbura depending on the availability of work permits. S/he will facilitate or support cross-country and in-country learning opportunities.
S/he will support CO teams with knowledge management, learning and links to program development across Country Offices, CARE International and with partners. Donors include USAID, DFID, Norway, The Netherlands and a number of foundations.
