A Day In The Life Of A Senior Processor - Data Entry Specialist
As a Senior Processor - Data Entry Specialist at our nonprofit, you are the go-to person for our clients, providing the information they need in a timely manner. You research and resolve routine or complex document management scenarios, rush requests, and processes or procedures related to general issues and concerns. As a customer service connoisseur, you proactively identify, recommend, and champion service and process improvement suggestions. To keep us well-organized, you sort documents as well as archive, retrieve, and distribute filed documents as requested.
You follow procedures and instructions to manage document control processes. As assigned, you conduct quality control and perform high-volume document scanning. The name of the game is accuracy when batching documents or performing re-scans on bad images. You also verify work on index fields and conduct final audits before sending work to customers. Your strong data entry and customer service skills keep our clients satisfied with our services. And we have you to thank for keeping our office running smoothly!
