You have:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field of studies. 
  • Proficiency in English reading writing and speaking, proficiency in French, reading, writing and speaking. 
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience performing research uptake, knowledge management, and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) related to the adaptation to climate change. 
  • Experience in project management, problem-solving and facilitating collaborative and transdisciplinary research.
  • Experience working in Africa and Asia-Pacific, including lower income economies (LMIC’s).

You are interested in: 

  • Implementing knowledge management that weaves together research for impact, learning and collaboration, and monitoring and evaluation.  
  • Supporting research projects to be needs-driven and solutions-oriented and engage in research for impact by reaching audiences for uptake and action. 
  • Establishing knowledge infrastructures, learning processes, and communities of practice to curate and share knowledge  among projects, funders, and external stakeholders. 
  • Ensuring that knowledge is documented, shared, translated into appropriate language or formats, and kept accessible for future reference. 
  • Facilitating program-level learning across projects through a monitoring framework that links the CLARE theory of change, key indicators, and learning questions.
