Social Impact (SI) is a global development management consulting firm. We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness. Social Impact is preparing a proposal response for the anticipated multi-million-dollar, five-year Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Contract in Uganda. The purpose of the Contract is to strengthen the performance of USAID/Uganda and its Implementing Partners (IPs) in collaborating, learning and adapting to improve the relevance, quality and sustainability of USAID-supported contributions to Uganda’s development.
SI is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to oversee a team of five (5) project management assistants providing administrative support to USAID/Uganda and train, coach, and mentor USAID/Uganda staff. S/he will be based in Uganda and work to support the mission and the five Social Science Advisors throughout the duration of the contract.
