The Social Media Analyst will coordinate all postings to FH social media channels and responding to messages in social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social sites. The Analyst will be responsible for generating regular reports on activity in each channel and for troubleshooting any difficulties encountered with the functionality or account settings for social media. Additionally the analyst will provide the Communications team with updates on trends in social media, both for existing channels and new channels that become available, to help the Senior Communications Manager and other marketing leadership with strategic decision making.
