Job Description

The Sr. Food Security and Livelihoods Program Manager is responsible for overall direct technical and administrative implementation of Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) activities in several states / counties in South Sudan. This role is responsible for defining the FSL strategy, ensuring that FSL programming is of excellent technical quality, conducting relevant assessments, feasibility studies and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The position engages with donors and is focused on expanding the FH FSL portfolio. The SFSLPM provides technical advice and support to project staff to ensure program objectives are successfully achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management, Implementation, and Coordination.
  • Program Development.
  • Capacity building, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Staff management, development, and security.
