The Sr. Grants Analyst will oversee the coordination, backstopping, reporting, and compliance for an assigned portfolio of grants from USG, Multilateral, and INGO donors. The Sr. Grants Analyst will work closely with Field Offices (FOs) to ensure proper award budgeting, compliance, reporting, and closeout. The position will monitor financial and programmatic progress of assigned awards and facilitate regular coordination meetings to ensure FOs deliver projects on scope, on time, and on budget. In conjunction with other stakeholders, this position will play a critical role in protecting FH from risk, ensuring FH’s good standing with donors and partners, and ensuring FH’s compliance with organizational policies and donor and/or governmental regulations. The position will support grant-funded projects in close coordination with the Program Quality unit, the Relief and Humanitarian Affairs (RHA) unit, the Public Development unit, and Regional and Country offices. This position will also provide budgetary and proposal development support of new proposals.
