Job Description

Provides administrative support, development of resources and expat liaison support in collaboration with the Staff Care Manager to foster and facilitate the appropriate services and programs to care for and nurture the well-being and resilience of the global FH team. This includes assisting the Staff Care Manager in the development of systems, processes, and tools that promote individual well-being and engagement, and increases organizational productivity and performance. This position engages external organizations, professional services and various departments within FH to develop and implement quality services and programs in the areas of staff care, individual and collective spiritual formation and celebrating community life.

  • Coordinate and maintain staff care processes, programs and information to increase personal well-being, resilience and promote retention.
  • Provide administrative support for Spiritual Formation initiatives across the organization.
  • Participate in efforts to intentionally promote and enhance the community life of FH Phoenix GSC.
