The Role

As supplier relationship coordinator you will ensure the effective co-ordination of Oxfam’s marketing, fundraising and response handling suppliers, so as to deliver high quality and cost-effective services in support of Oxfam’s marketing activities. You will also minimise issues and risks while upholding compliance and regulatory standards.

What we are looking for

A dedicated individual who will co-ordinate the relationship with Oxfam’s key marketing suppliers resulting in a high-quality experience for our supporters and value for money for Oxfam. The role will help to ensure excellent service through clear communication of requirements and monitoring of service levels. You will be able to identify performance and quality issues, and track progress in resolving them, escalating where appropriate.

The successful applicant will be required to progress rapidly, take on additional responsibilities within 12 months and meet defined performance criteria as per job profile. Meeting these criteria will lead to a regrading of the post and a guaranteed salary increase. At this point, the job title will change to ‘Supplier Relationship Manager’.

  • Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
