Job Description

  • Post Graduate or Master Degree, preferably in Public Health, Master in Business Administration, Master in Public Administration, or Master in Economics
  • At least 10 years’ of post qualification experience
  • At least 8 years of exclusive PBF experience (design of RBF programs, Implementation, evaluation etc.)
  • A minimum of five years of experience in organizational management strongly preferred
  • Experience as team leader in leading and managing similar assignments in developing countries
  • Experience managing diverse, multi-site teams
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating organizational change with solid understanding of organizational behavior, change, and learning
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing the implementation a variety of individual and organizational capacity development approaches to develop long-term capacity improvements
  • Experience developing capacity to manage Performance Based Financing models
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal as well as written
  • Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to remote counties
