Job Description
- Post Graduate or Master Degree, preferably in Public Health, Master in Business Administration, Master in Public Administration, or Master in Economics
- At least 10 years’ of post qualification experience
- At least 8 years of exclusive PBF experience (design of RBF programs, Implementation, evaluation etc.)
- A minimum of five years of experience in organizational management strongly preferred
- Experience as team leader in leading and managing similar assignments in developing countries
- Experience managing diverse, multi-site teams
- Demonstrated experience facilitating organizational change with solid understanding of organizational behavior, change, and learning
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing the implementation a variety of individual and organizational capacity development approaches to develop long-term capacity improvements
- Experience developing capacity to manage Performance Based Financing models
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal as well as written
- Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to remote counties
