Provide comprehensive support to the organization, ensuring efficient and effective operations across various Departments within IsDB. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the department, which may include technical support, administrative support, process coordination, and data management. By fulfilling this role, the incumbent plays a crucial part in contributing to the overall success of the organization by providing these supports. Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Assist in implementing process improvements and streamlining administrative procedures.
Assist the colleagues of the department on other technical assignments, as and when needed.
Manage document workflows, including creation, editing, and distribution of reports, memos, and other business documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Compile and analyze data to generate reports and metrics related to administrative processes and operations.
Provide timely and accurate technical assistance by promptly addressing user inquiries.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing technologies.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in development sector or international organization is preferred.
