The UNICEF Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in Budapest, Hungary was established in 2015 to be a global hub for service delivery to all UNICEF offices worldwide. The GSSC has over 300 staff and is responsible for processing transactions in the areas of Finance, Master Data Management, Payroll, IT and Human Resource Administration.
In this context, the Communication Specialist (Internal Communications), P3 reports to the Chief Service Quality Management (SQM), P5 and supports the Director and GSSC Section Chiefs with all communication requirements both internally within the GSSC, globally to UNICEF staff and externally to members of the public viewing the UNICEF website where GSSC has a dedicated page. In addition, this position manages knowledge management for GSSC staff and end-users.
