Job Description

Job Profile:

The Transformational Change Programme Lead is an experienced change management professional who will be a key player in:

  • Leading the project planning of all change initiatives to deliver the strategic plan
  • Together with the Senior Leadership Team, developing the KPIs and governance process
  • Owning and managing the governance structure and communicating KPIs to relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with the change project teams to achieve the objectives of the initiatives within time and budget towards the overall transformation programme goals
  • Ensuring proper prioritisation of change projects, especially for budget and resource allocation.
  • Taking ownership for issue resolution within the defined governance structure
  • Ensuring proper and timely reporting of program and projects progress and financials
  • Supporting the development and implementation of change management and communication plans; facilitating communication between and among change project teams, programmes, and others

Education and Relevant Experience:

  • Masters in Business Management or other relevant discipline
  • At least 10 years’ experience in leading change and project management
