Support the identification, outreach, and follow-up with existing and potential partners. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, events, and partnership-related activities, including logistical arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the program coordinator, the Partnerships and Programming Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and program activities, working closely with the team in Luanda and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • The Assistant will contribute to the smooth operation of partnership initiatives and programs by providing administrative, logistical, and coordination support while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
  • Assist in coordinating activities with partners and maintaining regular communication with government, donors, and other stakeholders. 
  • Support the planning and implementation of programs, events, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and program-related materials.
  • Maintain organized records and databases related to partnerships and programming activities.
  • Support internal coordination across teams to ensure timely and effective program delivery.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Limited experience in drafting communication, preparing and managing meetings, preparing presentations, and compiling data is required.
  • Experience with the United Nations system or another international organization is desirable.
