Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuums and buffs floors, shampoos carpets, empty trash receptacles, and replace lining off trash cans. Growing and cultivating multiple plants in a variety of green spaces in a country office.
Problem Solving & Impact: Able to identify problems that have established procedures and and very limited impact; refer non-standard questions and problems to higher level.
Supervision Given/Received: Receive close instruction and supervision from supervisors.
Typical Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy equipment and furniture.
Travel Requirements: Less than 10%
