Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (negotiable as per experience)

The Foundation implements CSR and government-supported programs with a strong focus on transparency, compliance, and impact. Key Responsibilities Role Summary The PRT Faculty will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding candidates preparing for competitive exams such as government jobs, banking, SSC, and other recruitment exams. The faculty will focus on Maths, General Studies, Reasoning, and English, and provide exam-oriented strategies, practice sessions, and performance monitoring. This role is suitable for freshers with strong subject knowledge as well as experienced educators. Teaching & Training
Deliver high-quality training in Math, GS, Reasoning, and English for PWD candidates and normal candidates.
Deliver high-quality training in Maths, General Studies, Reasoning, and English
Prepare and explain concepts, formulas, and problem-solving strategies
Conduct regular mock tests, quizzes, and practice sessions
Conduct interactive sessions, practice exercises, and mock tests tailored to individual needs
Student Mentorship & Support
Identify students’ strengths and challenges, providing personalized guidance and support
Mentor students on exam strategies, time management, and confidence building
Track and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback
Curriculum & Content Development
Develop accessible study material, worksheets, and practice question banks
Keep content updated with current affairs, syllabus changes, and exam patterns
Prepare structured lesson plans for classroom and online training
Keep content updated with current affairs, exam trends, and syllabus changes
Prepare lesson plans and structured training modules
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct regular assessments and practice tests
Analyze performance and provide remedial support where needed
Maintain records of progress and report outcomes to management
Eligibility & Qualifications
Postgraduate in Mathematics, English, General Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields
Graduation Students with Relevant Subject knowledge and strong teaching aptitude may also can apply
Strong knowledge in competitive exam syllabus (Mandatory)
2-3 years of experience Preferred, Freshers with proven teaching skills and subject expertise are encouraged to apply
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
Experience or training in inclusive education / PWD support is an advantage but not mandatory
